As usual, your counter help was very courteous and attentive. I was called and notified that there was a spot on one pair of pants and appreciated that information. I have no complaints, only high marks for the staff on Grinstead Drive.
The older woman & the young man who work there are great!! There's a younger woman there now that has all the personality of a raptor. Not a people person.

I recently started using Nu-Yale Cleaners on Grinstead Drive after becoming displeased with my long-standing dry cleaner. My previous dry cleaners made me dissatisfied because the clothes came back smelling like chemicals. I was very happy with my decision upon my first visit to Nu-Yale. The store manager and employees are genuinely nice. And my clothes don't have any chemical smells, in fact, they are fresh smelling and natural feeling. I will be a long-term NuYale customer!
