coat looks great, very courteous service
The service was wonderful and the lady that works there was terrific. The cleaning job was great. But the alternation did not suite. I had it shortened one cuff on both sleeves and it should have been short enough but wasn't. When I turned the cuff before altered it was perfect but not after.
I don't typically give service reviews, but my first experience with Nu-Yale deserves my follow-up and attention. I've used almost every cleaners in town, and all things considered (price, turnaround, convenience, customer service, and attention to detail), I'm happy to say that I've found my new cleaners.
