Always have had a pleasant experience in doing business with Nu-Yale. Have been bringing my clothes there for about a decade now. Â
I was happy with the price and speed of the service, but the service itself was not as good as I expected. My white pants still had faint black streaks on them and they didn't look sharp or crisp. There was black hair scattered over them in several places. The creases in the legs looked less pronounced instead of more. I wish the cleaning of the white pants had been better. The sewing of the patch on my blue uniform was good. I hope to continue to use Nu-Yale, but I would appreciate better dry cleaning.Â
Debby was very friendly when I dropped off and when I picked up and was very helpful great customer service. I have used you guys before in a different location and the cost of my shirts was a lot less. I didn't ask but thought it would be a little higher but not as much as I was charged due to increase in costs year after year. $6 for a polo shirt I feel is way to expensive to ever use you guys again for this. $16 for a coat seems high as well... This being said I should have asked before hand and I probably wont ever use... read more
Service was good clothes are nice and crisp prices though are high enough not to justify qualityÂ
Everything went very well. I did receive the e-mail notification letting me know my order was ready and picked it up the following day. The order was easy to find, was rung up and paid, and I was on my way out the door in less that 5 minutes. Very courteous service and will definitely use Nu-Yale again. It was so convenient to drop off the pair of shoes that needed a new heel and pick them up less than a week later.Â
