Excellent service, the staff has always been friendly and courteous, quality of the work is always superior to other cleaners I have used. I do wish they had longer hours on Saturday or even perhaps a Sunday option.
Came in to get my lab coats altered and the alterations lady so very sweet she was busy working on prom dress but was kind and recommended the dry cleaner I will definetly switch to new yale because of her black is ton mill road

Nu Yale cleaners has always taken care of our dry cleaning requests and needs wonderfully. I like being greated, and having a water if needed. We know the proffessional care is consistent and always on time for our last minute travel plans!
Always welcomed. Love the fact that they remember me each time I arrive. My shirts are fresh and don't have that normal chemical smell that I use to have from other cleaners
It was great. Quick in and out and thier staff are very friendly and helpful.
I use the Fern Creek location. Julie is fabulous! She remembers the customers and is very friendly. She will open early to take care of people so they are not late for work. She makes things convenient and that is why I patronize that business. You have a gem with her!!

Julie always makes my experience pleasurable. She goes the x-tra distance for customer satisfaction. Nu-Yale is a tad more expensive BUT you get what you pay for.
