I wasn't familiar with Nu-Yale just off Hwy.150, and didn't expect anything special, but I was surprised! Friendly staff, free water and cookies, drive up pick-up and drop-off were real bonuses. When I came to pick up my clothes, the quality of the cleaning was on a par with the service. I highly recommend this cleaner.

My experience at NuYale is always great! I have followed Julie from store to store for years. She looks at my order to make sure it's right. She is cheerful, has fresh coffee and cold water. I do security work and she looks for stains from stuff I get into and sometimes tears that need repair. Julie is a rare gem in retail. I consider her a good friend as well as a business person. Thanks for your good service as well. My clothes look and feel great!
The manager at the Madison store was very nice. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars I had to send my suit coat back. The lapel was pressed wrong and it looked very bad.
