I always take my items to Nu-Yale. Julie the manager is very personable. The prices might be a tad higher BUT they always replace buttons etc going the x-tra mile. You get what you pay for!
All items were cleaned to my satisfaction and, as always, were done in a timely manner.
Great Service, especially using the online service and free pick up and drop off.

Quick service and friendly staff. The only problem I had was that my suits were not ready by the time they told me they would be. However, they we're very nice about it and made sure to let me know when they were finished.
Tracy Pease, the manager, is just wonderful! Very understanding of customer needs, always friendly and helpful. She makes being a Nu-Yale customer such a pleasure. In operations, if they could be more attentive to the customer preferences with couture pieces, that would make for a substantial improvement (ex: items folded versus hung, couture storage bags, avoiding dragging long garments in the ground just after cleaning and not having them protected in appropriate storage bags, etc). I had a very pleasant experience both dropping off and picking up. The ladies that waited on me were very knowledgeable and very helpful.
