Pick up and delivery are fine but I've been trying for a month to get a button put on a cuff and it comes back each time without it or a note in response to mine. Very frustrating.
I dropped off my stuff and was contacted via email when it was ready. Very convenient.

Don't appreciate the cuff links - ironing in not perfect, lots of folded edges.
I always have my cashmere sweaters cleaned after the winter and the winter grime came out. They were ready earlier than promised too.

Staff always in pleasant moods and makes visiting the Cleaners a great experience. Prompt service, and staff knowledgeable on any questions that I might have. I never worry about my clothes because Nu-Yale always on top of it.
