My packaging arrived torn under the shrink wrap, which leads me to believe that it was damaged before it was sealed and sent out anyway. I contacted the company via email about the issue, but no one ever bothered to respond. I'm disappointed with that. However, the cost of professionally dry cleaning a wedding dress is rediculous, so I do think that having the dress cleaned and preserved for this price tag is still a great value.
Good job and speedy service
Did a great job on the dress. They presented it very well! They had very poor communication throughout the process though. I got no notification that they recieved my dress, and got no notification that they shipped out my dress when it was completed (they were supposed to provided a tracking number). I called multiple times which went to voicemail most of the time, and left voicemails, but never got calls back. But overall they did well with my dress.
