I sent in my wedding dress to be cleaned/preserved. I got text messages for a week straight saying I needed to pay a debt. Each time I would call they would say they haven’t run the payment yet I just needed to hold tight. Don’t send me decline messages if the card isn’t actually declined... run the payment first. Then when I got my dress back, I asked for it to be preserved with my belt as well. They put an ugly white ribbon OVER my belt in its preservation box to hold the dress/form to the back. I have no complaints, but I would like to make a suggestion. It would be great if photos of the Clean dress/veil were shared prior to packaging. It would bring peace of mind confirming that both were thoroughly cleaned. Thank you.

My gown was handled with the utmost care, the process was simple, & a Very quick turnaround! I appreciated the range of services offered. The only slight negative was the dress looked "over-filled" in the box, like bigger than it did closed on my body so I'm assuming just the under-structure.

The timeframe in which I received the gown back was fantastic!! I have no way of checking to make sure the actual cleaning of the gown is satisfactory because I do not want to undo the wrapping and lose the preservation.

The thought of shipping my wedding dress to have it cleaned and preserved was a little scary. But I am so happy I took the risk. It took less than two weeks (shipped and returned to me). It looks beautiful better than I expected.
