My gown came back so fast! And was beautifully placed in the box with my purse and veil and garter! Hopefully all the stains came out, I had no way of knowing. Wish they could of verified that, since I couldn’t open the box and break the seal! But so far I am happy as could be!

The overall preservation seems good. Being sealed that is hard to really tell. A bit disappointed in the presentation of the dress. The strap and neckline of the dress fell and so the dress is hanging offset and doesn’t have the finished pretty look to display.

I was needing closure on a chapter of my life and God knew that my wedding dress represented it. Around the same time my dress was being cleaned and boxed I was visiting my dying ex husband in the hospital. My wedding day with him was one of the best days of my life. So, thankyou for doing such a wonderful job! It looked so pretty in the box that my youngest daughter is now thinking of wearing it for her wedding.

Very easy process. Clear instructions for packing up gown and shipping. Returned in stated time. Protected box displays dress very well.Good value when compared to other companies. I wore my Mother's Wedding Gown, so the gown is 72 years old and was returned to me in excellent condition.
