After 2 misspellings and having to send my dress back, yea I guess I’m happy it finally arrived correct. 🙄 The lady who helped fix it though was wonderful and I appreciated her assistance.

It was quit the shock when i opened the package to find out we hadnto pay more than originally suggested. My mom payed for the preservation kit. She was very upset to find out i had to pay mor to have my items placed in the box. I live the idea but the costs should not be hidden fees waiting inside.

Unfortunately I never received a shipping confirmation once you shipped my gown back to me. Therefore, my gown sat in the building lobby for two days. Thank god it wasn’t stolen. I am a little upset but and great full I finally looked at the box to realize it was my gown.
