I loved your cleaning and preservation service. My gown cane back strapped to a bust to keep its form in a box with a clear front that enabled me to see without opening the box if it was clean. It also came back before the time frame quoted.

My gown looks beautiful In the box. Very nice presentation. I’d give a five star review but for one thing. My gown is older and had been on a previous “preservation” set up. I noticed yellowing which caused me to seek this company out. I don’t know if they were able to get all the yellow out. I’d of loved some feedback.

After 2 misspellings and having to send my dress back, yea I guess I’m happy it finally arrived correct. 🙄 The lady who helped fix it though was wonderful and I appreciated her assistance.

It was quit the shock when i opened the package to find out we hadnto pay more than originally suggested. My mom payed for the preservation kit. She was very upset to find out i had to pay mor to have my items placed in the box. I live the idea but the costs should not be hidden fees waiting inside.
