Did a great job on the dress. They presented it very well! They had very poor communication throughout the process though. I got no notification that they recieved my dress, and got no notification that they shipped out my dress when it was completed (they were supposed to provided a tracking number). I called multiple times which went to voicemail most of the time, and left voicemails, but never got calls back. But overall they did well with my dress.
