I was initially very pleased to discover the service existed. I specifically ordered the special neutral colored cloth/Muslin box so it would have a nice finish and I could put it away with pleasure, since it will be partially visible. The baby-pink-with-hearts cardboard box that it came in is not at all what I was expecting. It looks so flimsy and cheap that it lessened the whole experience. I am now stuck with a enormous pink box figuring out how I find or make a decent custom cover that will not be a candy-colored eyesore... read more

I sent in my wedding dress to be cleaned/preserved. I got text messages for a week straight saying I needed to pay a debt. Each time I would call they would say they haven’t run the payment yet I just needed to hold tight. Don’t send me decline messages if the card isn’t actually declined... run the payment first. Then when I got my dress back, I asked for it to be preserved with my belt as well. They put an ugly white ribbon OVER my belt in its preservation box to hold the dress/form to the back. I have no complaints, but I would like to make a suggestion. It would be great if photos of the Clean dress/veil were shared prior to packaging. It would bring peace of mind confirming that both were thoroughly cleaned. Thank you.
