I sent in my wedding dress to be cleaned/preserved. I got text messages for a week straight saying I needed to pay a debt. Each time I would call they would say they haven’t run the payment yet I just needed to hold tight. Don’t send me decline messages if the card isn’t actually declined... run the payment first. Then when I got my dress back, I asked for it to be preserved with my belt as well. They put an ugly white ribbon OVER my belt in its preservation box to hold the dress/form to the back.
