I received the box at my home one day. I did not open it for several days. I thought it was a department store order. I opened the box and there it was. I smiled ear to ear. I was surprised and amazed. It was packaged so beautifully and above my expectations for preservation. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. It's truly appreciated.
Great experience. All of my friends and family loved the packaging and display window. The only thing that i would change would be to make maybe a small window in the back where people can at least see the back of their dress because it kinda make you feel mislead when you aren't 100% certain that you ENTIRE dress is cleaned. I would hate for 20 or so years down the road when my future child wants to wear my dress that the dress is still filthy at the botton. Thanks.

My gown was returned in a beautiful box- my only problem is that the tissue paper has slipped over part of my gown in transit and I do not want to break the seal of the preservation to fix it. Other than that (which I'm not sure could have been avoided) I could not be happier with my preservation.
Once I sent my dress off it was back in 3 weeks. Everything looked good and it was sealed with no little holes. It was sent by fedex with a tracking number.
I wasn't sure what to expect, so for those who have never seen how these turn out PUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IN THE BOX WITH THE DRESS. I did not know it would turn out looking so great.
Love to be able to see my gorgeous dress again! The veil was showcased wonderfully and you can still see all the wonderful detail!
