I got my dress back & there is a small brown stain or something on the dress that I don't remember seeing before I sent it off. And I had a diamond pin that I put on the dress where I wanted it to stay, which is on the side, and they put it in the complete wrong spot (it is preserved with it right at the top of the dress where the sweetheart neckline is).
I was nervous about mailing my dress, but was happy when I received notice the dress had made it. Turnaround time was much faster than expected. With the dress being packaged and sealed, cannot comment n cleaning and pressing, but based on the perfection of the presentation, I'm sure all is fine. Some commented about the ribbon used to secure the dress in the display having logo, but I don't feel it detracted from the presentation at all. Love what yall did to preserve my gown! It looks absolutely beautiful!! I will enjoy looking at it as the years pass and remember the best day of my life! And I hope my daughter would want to wear it on her special day!
My dress looks absolutely stunning! I love how clean it is, how great it is displayed, and how it looks brand new! Overall, this was really a good experience. The only issue I encountered was that I was charged even though I had already prepaid through bed bath. When I called, they reimbursed me and apologized so it all worked out. I would recommend this company, but watch your bill!
