When I opened the box that the gown box was inside, I was surprised at how messy the dress looked cramped in the box. The hanger straps are hanging out of the dress. The dress is put on the cardboard crooked and looks slanted. The box looks too small for my dress it is smashed against the clear cover and the applique on the dress is going in every wrong direction. Very sloppy job. Sorry that I paid so much to have my gown preserved nicely and it just looks sloppily done.
My beautiful, clean gown came back in only about 2 weeks!
