My experience was great with this company. I shipped my dress out and about 3 weeks later received the most beautiful box that looked and felt like a life size doll box and my dress was inside. Every aspect of how the dress was packaged was fantastic. I can not thank them enough.
100% Pleased!!! Was not expecting it to look this amazing. So glad I made the decision to have my gown preserved. Wish that the clear plastic front on the box was a little more sturdy feeling, but other than that...NO COMPLAINTS! Would recommend to any bride wanting to save their gown :-)
