I sent in my daughters wedding gown and she has been married for four and a half years. It was easy to pack up and ship in the provided box, no postage to worry about etc... The dress arrived back to us in about three weeks and it looked great. We were very happy with the results.
My dress came back beautiful. Memories Gown Preservation did an amazing job! I can't stop looking at it. The veil was placed beautifully over the dress and all the details on my dress are shown. Why four stars? I feel that the all the extras should not cost extra, such as the veil. You pay a lot of money for the kit and then have to pay more for extras. Also for the personalization.
I am incredibly happy with the results of getting my wedding dress preserved. It looks as beautiful as the day I bought it!
Just got my dress in and it is beautiful. I'm very pleased. The only downside is that the plastic front is soft plastic and not hard-so I will have to keep it in the shipping box instead of being able to display it. :/

I just opened my shipping box and I LOVE what I see. I like the big window so I can see my dress. It's so pretty! My dress is on a form and it looks perfect! I'd give 5 stars but we'll have to see how the dress looks in 30 years.
