I am so glad I used this service to preserve my wedding dress! It was easy, came in on time and looks great!
although I have not opened the box, of course, the gown looks clean and fresh like the day I bought it. The presentation is nice, and my girls actually want to use the gown when they get married (we'll see)!

It's fine... my dress came back with a wrinkle across the front of my dress in the box so that bothers me but at least it's preserved.
