Very happy with everything.. Called on the phone to check the progress and had a very pleasant and helpful conversation. I had two gowns done at the same time and both were returned ready for memories and possible future generations to wear and are happily home. One of the gowns has been worn by three family members and we are now sure both can be ready for others!!
Quick and super easy!! My gown is beautifully presented in the box. I'm not sure what I'll do with my dress at this point but maybe we will use the lace in another way someday. I've heard of using it for a baby baptismal gown or table runners -so by preserving my dress now the options are limitless! I cried when I got it back, just takes me back to our special day! Thank you for doing a wonderful job!

I had two wedding dresses preserved. Packaging and shipping were very easy and everything came back so quickly. One of my dresses is off center in the box so nothing major it is just very noticeable to one side.
I was very pleased with Memories Gown Preservation they did my dress an missed a few things an when I called them to let them know they were so kind to me an handled my needs with no questions asked, they have great customer service I sent my gown back they fixed it an returned it back in perfect condition! It was a great experience. Very easy; no hassle at all. I was told it would take between 6 to 8 weeks, but I actually received my gown in 5 weeks. My gown came back to me in mint condition. Seeing it in the box brought back so many memories of my wedding day. I love the way my veil is draped around my gown. I'm a very satisfied customer and happy with preservation of my gown. I would recommend my friends and family to use your services.
Quick turn around. Pretty easy process. I can only see half of the dress in the box, but from what I can see it looks pretty good. I don't necessarily love the ribbon that is placed around the center, but overall I'm pretty happy, especially because the dry cleaner was going to charge almost as much just to clean it.
