My gown and veil look beautiful. I love how the veil was placed over my dress so delicately.
It was easy to pack up and send my gown with the included materials and after a few weeks, my clean and preserved gown arrived in its beautiful display box. I am completely satisfied.
My wedding gown came in a beautiful white box. I definitely recommend getting your names and the date of the wedding on the front of the box. It makes it more special.
I am the father of the bride. My wife and I prepaid for the Gown Preservation when she and our daughter first picked it out at David's. We sent her gown in and it was back to us in less than a month! Terrific! It looks wonderful. We purchased some additional services, and are very pleased.
The entire process of packing and shipping my gown was so simple! It was nice to not have to worry about my gown on the plane trip home. My gown also looked amazing when I received it in the mail!
The benefit of writing this review for this company would be: I can't see my full dress, I can't open the box and I can't go into the future. BUT I can hope that this last for at least 30 years. My dress looks just as beautiful as I last saw it. They say they cleaned it and it's in excellent shape. I won't take my dress out of the packaging, so.. I'll take their word. It would be helpful if they put pictures of what they did do to the dress, so you could see the changes.

I received my wedding dress after being cleaned and repaired and it looks GREAT! I had them repair a couple of missing beads and I upgraded to the premium package. I had miscalculated the costs and I wrote my check for more than what was owed, so someone called me and told me my options and rather than send a new check I decided to add more to my insurance and add the engraving on the box and I'm glad that I did! I will recommend them to anyone wanting to preserve their wedding dress! Thanks again!
