After purchasing the gown preservation from David's Bridal, the box came within days including instructions to what you wanted cleaned and included in your preservation. Packaging and shipping the box was easy. I mailed the box with my dress and waited about 2 weeks before I received my dress back. The dress looks great! I was stunned at how beautiful my gown looked once I received it. I would love to open it just because I'm so curious to see how the bottom of the gown looks. I'm sure most brides can relate that the bottom of our gowns unfortunately suffer the most and my gown was no exception; it was filthy!
