I got my wedding dress back in about two weeks from sending it in to be cleaned and preserved. The box my dress is in, is sealed nicely, my dress looks nice and it was displayed in the box nicely. The box is a generous size and it displays the dress perfectly. Thank you!

My box is crunched in the middle My dress is crooked There was no personalization done to the box It smells great though. Not willing to take the dress out to check the stitching. Wish we could get proof the tears were fixed. Assisted by area is un legible
