My box is crunched in the middle My dress is crooked There was no personalization done to the box It smells great though. Not willing to take the dress out to check the stitching. Wish we could get proof the tears were fixed. Assisted by area is un legible

You did a GREAT job!!! My dress looks so beautiful and you did it quickly. I had actually taken my dress to a local dry cleaner to do the same process and they did such a poor job that i cried when i got my dress back and it took them 2 months. Your service was so professional and I wish I would have just used your service first. THANK YOU!!!!!

Memories Gown Preservation did a wonderful job on the cleaning/preservation of my daughter’s wedding gown, as far as I can see... (without breaking the seal!)! The presentation of the gown & packaging is unlike any I've seen! Very quick turnaround time and great price for all that was included! 5+ stars all around!

I paid for two preservation kits. I also paid extra for the labeling on the box. A lady called for payment because she said she received the dresses, and I made sure the label was with the right dress. However, when I received the boxes the dates were switched and the font was not what I chose. The color of font was correct.
