Memories Gown Preservation did a wonderful job on the cleaning/preservation of my daughter’s wedding gown, as far as I can see... (without breaking the seal!)! The presentation of the gown & packaging is unlike any I've seen! Very quick turnaround time and great price for all that was included! 5+ stars all around!

I paid for two preservation kits. I also paid extra for the labeling on the box. A lady called for payment because she said she received the dresses, and I made sure the label was with the right dress. However, when I received the boxes the dates were switched and the font was not what I chose. The color of font was correct.

Gown came out great. But my belt that was sewn on was removed and not given back or sewn back on. I’ve contacted multiple times now with no response back. This will be my third attempt.

Dress arrived quickly, but I was unhappy with the display, fabric on bodice is folded.
