I was so happy to get my dress back a second time without the hair in it. However, now there is a goober on in the box. I wish there was a way to upload a picture so I could show what was wrong. Also, I asked for pictures of the “fixed” veil, and did not receive any.

An excellent service! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast this all happened! My box came in the mail and I didn't think there was any way that it would fit in it, but it did! I filled out the paperwork and mailed it back, and within 2 weeks I had it back! It is packaged very nicely and I couldn't be happier!

We used Memories Gown Preservation for our daughter's wedding gown. Weddings are expensive. After my own wedding, I couldn't see spending any more money to clean my wedding gown. Everything came out beautiful and was quick and easy. Its a little frustrating i had to pay such a large additional amount to include my veil and belt.

Looks like the dress settled on shipping, wrinkle at the waist of the dress. Can't tell what kind of job was done cleaning seeing how the stains were on the lower half of the dress. Wish I could have had a picture of it. Shipping was simple and got it back quickly.
