We are overall pleased with the results of the dress preservation. The dress looks beautiful in the box with the veil overlaid. A beautiful treasure for my daughter. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that it was stated that an email would be sent once the dress was completed and shipping. This did not happen and I was a bit upset about this. I was so happy to get my dress back a second time without the hair in it. However, now there is a goober on in the box. I wish there was a way to upload a picture so I could show what was wrong. Also, I asked for pictures of the “fixed” veil, and did not receive any.

An excellent service! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast this all happened! My box came in the mail and I didn't think there was any way that it would fit in it, but it did! I filled out the paperwork and mailed it back, and within 2 weeks I had it back! It is packaged very nicely and I couldn't be happier!
