Beautiful job. I’m sorry I didn’t have this done earlier. I took a picture of the boxed gown and sent it to my daughter. She was very very pleased at how beautifully your company had the gown boxed. Hopefully some one in the family will be able to wear it.

Service was fast, everything was super quick and easy. I got my dress back much faster than expected and it looks amazing. I do wish you provided tracking info for when you ship it back. Also, on the email asking for feedback, I tried to click the “yes” button to leave a public review but the link was broken.

We are overall pleased with the results of the dress preservation. The dress looks beautiful in the box with the veil overlaid. A beautiful treasure for my daughter. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that it was stated that an email would be sent once the dress was completed and shipping. This did not happen and I was a bit upset about this.
