I waited 12.5 years to have my gown cleaned. Ridiculous I know, but you guys did an amazing job, it looks like I just picked it up from the bridal salon like it did 12.5 years ago.

Service was fast, everything was super quick and easy. I got my dress back much faster than expected and it looks amazing. I do wish you provided tracking info for when you ship it back. Also, on the email asking for feedback, I tried to click the “yes” button to leave a public review but the link was broken.
