The service was quick and easy and the gown was returned very promptly. It's very nicely displayed in the box. Because we don't want to open the box we don't know how well the dressed was cleaned, so we can't comment on that.

From the very friendly staff to the preservation of my daughter's wedding dress the process was amazing, wish they would have had something like that when I got married, to be able to view the dress anytime is wonderful!

Very easy process. Step by step instructions. I was expecting it to take the longest time frame but to my surprise it came back within 2 weeks! I was very pleased with the whole process.

Buy the kit, fill out the enclosed forms, follow the directions for packing the dress, seal the box, and attach the shipping label. I packaged it up in a matter of minutes. My dress arrived back at my home in less than two weeks, beautifully cleaned and packaged in a sealed box, with guarantees on the back. It really doesn't get easier than this.
