In the last pick-up, I sent only two pieces to be laundered, one short sleeve button up camp shirt and one pair of khaki slacks. Both came back with stains MUCH worse than they had when I sent them to you. Both are now completely ruined and unusable. The shirt was only a year old and cost over $60 and the slacks were less than two years old and cost about $50. Now I have to go out and spend over $100 to replace them.

My wife brought three pieces of fabric to the store and it was guaranteed for Friday. We went by at around 5:00PM and only one of the pieces was available. We spent about 30 minutes trying to find the other two pieces. They called down to Cameron Village and no one knew what was going on. Finally, they found it in the back. No one had entered it in the computer. It put us behind 30 minutes.

I had 2 items dry cleaned. One was short winter coat jacket for formal dress. The jacket had double clip with ornamental crystals to close at front of the jacket. A few of the crystals were missing. I pointed to the lady at the time I retrieved the jacket and asked if this happened during the cleaning process. She said she thinks so and just shrugged it of That was very annoying. I dropped drapery off to be dry cleaned on or around November 22 and understood that they would be ready on the following Monday, November 25th, after 5:00 pm. When I went in to pick up the cleaning I was told that they would be ready until the following Monday , December 2nd, due to the business being closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. It said that on the receipt I had been given but not read. Decided to give Medlin-Davis another try after five years and moving back into their service area . Despite finding your prices to be a lot higher, for men’s pants and shirts, I was in a hurry and decided to leave them for processing. The 8 shirts were not starched properly. The people were nice but your services are too expensive for me. I won’t be back.

I had two small arm chair covers with about 1” by 5” area that needed cleaning. They did not know how much it would cost when I took them. I was told it may take a week. 24 hrs later I was notified they were done. I was charged $21.00 and they didn’t get the area cleaned. That is way too much. I asked for a list of prices for items similar. They couldn’t help me. I expected to be pleased... I was disappointed. I am working on cleaning them myself.

Shirts were not done according to instructions (no starch) and several items were not pressed well and/or had set-in wrinkles from ironing. Disappointed this time.
