The work on my dress was fabulous but the wait time was terrible…first of all I was not informed during my wait that the tailor was on vacation,then after returning it took another week and a1/2 for me too receive my dress
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Whatever you do, do NOT bring your items to Medlin Davis. I made the mistake of taking my outdoor cushions to them and within a couple days of them being there I received a call from Turner saying they were badly torn and burned during the cleaning process. I know this was not intentional by any means but how the problem was handled was DISGRACEFUL. Tina and her employees barely acknoledged me when I walked into pick my cleaning up yesterday on 4/19. She was basically nice, but I also got the feeling that the quicker I left; they could get back to their chat or whatever they were doing. It was not the customer service I am used to at this location.
I brought in a comforter to be pressed and the work quality was poor. Still wrinkled, especially around the edges of the comforter.

The price increase for cleaning gave me a jolt! So much so that I called back the next morning to see if a mistake had been made! I chose Medin Davis cleaners because of it reputation since I was a little girl. I was was driving to your business from Selma, NC due to the excellent service. However, $45.00 for a man’s suite, a size 2 dress, and an extra small sweater will make me take my business elsewhere.

Had several clothing items picked up recently but did not receive the discount I expected. There was a sign on your building in Wake Forest that indicated a discount for dry cleaning $8.30 per item is too expensive. Vince Nacrelli 919-803-2502
Just went to drop off and pick up. This is the third time the attendant threw my bag on the dirty ground. And picked up an item told they can’t find the sweater. 2nd list item. I feel the cleaning and the service has gone way down. For the amount paid not satisfied with the ROI. Will consider another cleaners

I was give one price to clean a formal dress and when I picked it up I was given a different price and an upcharge on top of that . To add insult to injury, the manager was very rude and not considerate. This was my first time using your service and will definitely be my last. If I could give less than one (1) star, I would! I have had better service at the dry clearers that only charge 2.95 per item . So much for expecting excellent service from the ones that charge through the roof! Never again!!!!!!!
