I dropped off my comforter off to be cleaned and when I got it back there was still detergent residue all over it. I don't live close to the cleaners so it is an inconvenience for me to have to drive back again to get it recleaned. I was told they would clean it again for free (which I would hope since it wasn't done right the first time.) I also feel I should get a credit back for it not being done correctly to begin with. Took in 3 shirts and cost $17 and some change. Way over priced. Pointed out 3 chalk marks on one shirt so they can remove them. Which shouldn’t have been a problem at all. Got them back yesterday and the same marks were still left on there. Didn’t even look like they even attempted to try to remove them. Brought the one shirt back in today to have them do it right. Your cleaning is very good but I have requested several times to be taken off your email !
All my sweaters except 1 was folded across a wire hanger and had a crease going down the back. So for 50.00 I have to re steam the fold and the three wise men that didn't know anything about anything was a total waste of time. NOT really sure why they were there, maybe just to unlock and lock the doors, One young guy stated he only work's up front???
I am very impressed with your services, but the price for everything was astronomical. I was very disappointed when I found out the price no where was it posted so I guess it is partially my fault. That is the reason I haven't returned.
It was more expensive than I thought it would be. No one discussed the price with me, so $40 for 3 items was a surprise.
Came in last week looking for a cleaner that would press shirts belonging to my 8 yr old. I was informed that it was more money to just have them pressed. I should have them cleaned and pressed. Each shirt would cost $2.97 ( or there about, it might have been $2.99) I agreed and all was well. I picked up my clothes and was very happy. I went back today(9-28-17) with more shirts of my sons. Tired Medlin-Davis for the first time and dropped 5 custom made shirts for service on 8/21. When I picked up my order, there were only two shirts. Today, 8/25, still haven't heard from Tina on where the other three shirts have gone. We really wanted to like this establishment as it provides pick up and delivery service. A bit frustrated as I have been the one to call and follow up and have yet to hear back as to next step.
Clothes that were dropped off still had dirt stains.
