Always fantastic service.
Staff was really nice and helpful. I was pressed for time going into the weekend and they helped me pick up early.
Garments nicely cleaned and hung with protective cover- although pulls discovered in arms of sweater from grooming at the cleaners? More hidden fees than any other dry cleaner we've used. Price compared against the dry cleaner used by my husband's company in RTP- which uses the same technology as Medlin, and found Medlin to be more cost prohibitive. Appreciate that it's close, but lack of transparency on "upgrade" fees isn't encouraging to potential new customers. Would definitely consider using MD on occasion for specia... read more
Very pleasant. I will definitely come back. Comforter was done a day ahead of schedule. :) I like the "green" cleaning aspect and that everything is done on the premises. I also like that there are coupons. Always looking for a deal. Thank you!

Very quick turnaround. Professional employees. Quality work. I appreciated the tag on the hanger of a sweater that had stains that couldn't be removed - it's a nice extra over other dry cleaners!
