I dropped off my daughter Sheriff uniform at 7:10 for same day service, I asked for military crease on shirt sleeves, when I arrive to pick up there were no crease, I ask for a manager and she took care of it, but I had to wait. I was disappointed with Medlin Davis service.
You did a good job cleaning everything, I asked for the items to be folded and they hung them instead. Attention to detail matters.
Was never given a cost for the item cleaned. When I got the item back, it still smelled of my neighbors perfume (I loaned the coat in November. She did not own a winter coat and was going to a graveside service). I waited for someone to acknowledge me at the counter. They took their time finding the garment. I have not used any dry cleaners for quite some time but I needed to have a coporate table cloth cleaned for an event I have in 2 weeksand had like Medlin in the past. I dropped it off on Monday and was told it would be done on Thursday. Came in on Friday and was told it would not be done until the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and I was told it was not done. Very Bad that's how you did!!! Took 2 100% silk shirts to be pressed only and they were dry cleaned and pressed while wet and came back hard ad cardboard. So had to be redone and took 4 days to get back!!! Will never return!! The manager was very rude and unprofessional. The word has been spread to stay away from your store.
After spending $62 to have my valences cleaned I expected them to look professionally done. I was disappointed with the results. I could have done a better job myself with the pressing. Will probably be returning them for another try.
I recently moved here and came across this company. They dry cleaned my clothes like any other dry cleaner (not better or worse), but charged me an outrageous price of $74.25 for 10 regular shirts (no starch just wash and iron), 1 pair of shorts and 1 pair of dress slacks.
