I am so upset. I have a brand new comforter that has never been washed, laundered or dry-cleaned. I took it in for cleaning and picked it up earlier this week. I just opened it from the bag last night to put it back on my bed and it looks and smells horrible. It is very lumpy now and it has two rips in it, one which was stitched, which I assume since this was not brought to my attention when I picked it up, was an attempt to "cover up the tear" in hopes that I would not notice. The clothes were okay for the laundering portion however a pair of jeans was crease even though specifically told NOT to crease and all the other jeans were done the correct way. I'm not sure if we will return.
Took two tries to get it right, even after explicitly asking if what I wanted could be done, and I had to pay in advance. Not impressed.
I am a new customer and brought 5 shirts into your Wakefield location. When I returned to pick them up on the day they were promised, I was told that they were not ready and would not be until the next day. When I returned the following day, I was told that my order had become mixed up with another and that one of the shirts had been misplaced. you sent me a e-mail telling me that my clothes was ready, but my jacket wasn't and i needed it for my brother n law funeral for tomorrow! so it wasn't ready!!! i was very dissipointed!!!
We dropped off a brown men's sweater and it was lost. Very disappointing since we are new customers. The person that took our DC needs to slow down and pay attention to detail. If this sweater is not found by December 26 we ask that it be replaced.
Second experience with this dry cleaner. First time went very smoothly and all my clothes were cleaned, handled well, and I even dropped off more clothes now that I knew they would do a good job. The problem came when I arrived to pick up my second order. I picked up my clothes, paid my bill, and left. After I left I realized that the bill was higher than I expected and higher than the email reminder stated for my order. When I got home I called them and explained the situation. I am very unhappy with the double creasing in most of my dress pants and the response that nothing can be done about it because of the way the press machine sets the line from the cuff.
