Shirts were not done according to instructions (no starch) and several items were not pressed well and/or had set-in wrinkles from ironing. Disappointed this time.
I was charged 70.00 to dry clean SIX women’s blouses. Medlin will lose my business if they can’t figure out that it is HIGHWAY ROBBERY and their prices are not in line with other chains that are much cheaper
I was quoted a certain price at drop off, but then charged a different price at pick up. I didn't realize it until I got home. I tried calling management, but no one was available. The quality of the actual cleaning service was very good, however, the customer service was lacking.
I have used you all for almost a year now and it’s been extremely difficult to get my shirts laundered at a consistent starch level. I moved here from Alabama and have had a very difficult time finding a good dry cleaner. My previous cleaners in Birmingham has agreed to pay for shipping if I want to send my shirts to them. I was a customer there for over 13 year and they consistently did a good job for me for 13 years. By the way, Medlin is the 4th business I’ve tried since moving here.
My suit was scheduled to Altered and cleaned it was dropped off Monday and would be ready Wednesday at 5pm. I just happen to call Tuesday to see if it was complete. They said, it would not be altered. No one notified. I said please clean it so I pick up on Wednesday. Wednesday at 5 they could not locate the pantsAt 6 pm they found them and they said it would be done Thursday. I was heading out of town and had to delay waiting on suit. Very disappointed.
I have always had excellent service an our cleaning has always been spot on but I must say I had a terrible experience with alterations. When I picked up my clothing I noticed that small holes were in the fabric where ever they had done work. I told them that I wanted to speak with the manager an to have her/him call me....I never received a call seven items of my clothing were ruined by the alteration person.
You do wonderful job on my shirts. Even ones that are beat up! Do you do a 40% better job then many of your competitors? I personally doubt it. What I mean is your prices per shirt at $3.05 per shirt are 30-40% higher. I may bring my suits back to you since I clean them every 3-4 months and worth paying extra for better care. To launder shirts however I can do myself for practically nothing or bring to new dry cleaner hungry for new business for lot less!!
The young man with the curly hair continues to disappoint. His demeanor is unfriendly. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He brought my order without a receipt. I said I had asked for a receipt and it looked like it pained him that I asked. I said forget it.
People were very friendly but my husbands shirts looked awful. Very disappointing to pay $3.05 a shirt and have to iron them myself.
