I took in 3 large table clothes. 6 foot rounds. It was convenient to drop them off. No quote given on price. My normal place charges $8 each. I was charged $24 per tablecloth here. What a shock!!! As well as it took more than a week, normal place turns around in 2 days. I can't complain about cleanliness but wow! I'm covering the cost for this not expensing it to work. Never again!
Way overpriced! For example, a men’s pair of pants was $8.50. My other dry cleaner charges half of that.
No prices posted. Staff did not disclose cost, even when asked; they stated that prices varied with coupons, pick-up vs delivery and that the final total would be determined at completion. Final cost was nearly 3 times what I normally pay for a cleaning turn-around at least a day longer. Will not return.

Nice job, nice service. But my god I've never paid this much for dry cleaning in my life. 4 pieces of dry cleaning and one laundry. That's 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants. Was $37. This was normal stuff. Dress shirts and normal black pants. The dry cleaner I normal go to in fuquay is 1.99 for shirts and 2.50 for pants and they literally look identical to this with the same speed of service. I can't fathom why people pay this, and I won't be again.
Coat had a stain not on it when brought in
Well, it was my first time at your establishment. The attendant mentioned that she was not an employee of this particular store. She seemed to be very frazzled. If that is true, your employees deserve better. She seemed willing to work, but was not trained to attend to customers at this location. She was kind and as helpful as possible! When I picked up my items, the employee working there seemed to be a regular at this location and did well!
I know that I was a few weeks out in picking up my clothes. But I had been dealing with a sick family member. I asked the lady did I get my shirt discount and her response Was I had left my clothes there a long time her response was very rude.I responded a couple of weeks or so. I truly think she could have been a little nicer.
The heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the building is unsavory. Customer clothing is in there and it's a unsettling to smell that opening the door to walking in.
