The clothing was complete on the date promised. We did I receive an email reminder that the garment was ready. This is a nice perk. The clothing looked good. My only comment is the cost to clean the clothing. As a person on a fixed income , I would like to use quality merchants but the cost is too high and although everything was good, price is a big consideration.
It would have been 5 stars except for a uniform shirt I had laundered and specifically asked for the patch to not be creased. Well on pickup it was creased. Even with the specific instructions on the reciept and order. Hopefully next time we can get it right on the first shot!
I enjoy the manager and her assistant -- both know me personally and go out of their way to be helpful! I also appreciate the high quality work done buy Medlin-Davis cleaners!
