I was greeted promptly and staff members were friendly and helpful. My cleaning was ready when promised and I received an e-mail to inform me that my order was ready. Shirts were clean and perfectly pressed. Thank you!
Not really impressed; this is the first time using their services and one of my items was lost with no explanation or apologies. In my entire lifetime , I have never had this happen to me. The lack of care and empathy shows that this business does not care about their customers.
I brought in 6 sweaters to be dry cleaned. Once they returned they really looked like they had been pressed as most of them had a shine to them. Secondly, whatever cleaning agent you used or method you do to dry clean, made them stretch out and the material was limp, didn't smelled like they had been dry cleaned at all. I have been drying cleaning these same 6 sweaters for over 5 years. Of course at a different dry cleaners. I returned, after having to come home and put in the discount online, because the store said they had no knowledge of that. When I returned with my comforter, they said there was no benefit to mark a spot on the comforter because the plant wouldn't spot treat it in any case. I believe I'm done using Medlin-Davis again. Sorry.
I went in today to take my comforter in, and the lady behind the desk said that you didn't offer this discount advertised in this email. So I drove all the way back home to print this and to select this offer, which I appreciate. BUT.....why should I have to argue with your clerk when this offer is valid???? ...and make a second trip home to prove the discount I was offered??? Why are they not apprised of this offer????
