i recently had a pair of my new pants cleaned that were very dirty on both front legs (thigh area) I informed the clerk and she even put a slip on them for extra attention. I failed to look at them when i got home.... just took them out of the wrap to pack them and noticed they were still dirty and had a stain on the front...... if you were not able to clean them at least you could have told me so i could have cleaned them myself instead of finding them dirty when packing and a little to late to do anything about. this is ... read more
I haven’t paid 10.00 to get a shirt dry cleaned in years. In fact? Never. I understand my wife’s jackets. But my shirts? I will not be coming back to Medlin
One of the shirts was ruined, stained with something on the red parts. The pillow cases smelled like mildew had to wash them again...
One of my shirt got burnt while pressing. There was an attempt to stitch it to cover the damage. I wasn’t even notified.
I had one evening dress and one short sleeve blouse cleaned. The cost was $44.00. This cleaners is very expensive. This was my first and last time using them.
