Friendly, efficient and reasonable prices!
You ruined my favorite sweater! It was about $160. It looks awful! Also I was charged $160 for a 11 pieces. So over priced!
I called about an unknown stain on a dress. When I arrived everything was explained and we discussed my options. On Friday I received a phone call letting me know the stain was gone and my dress was ready early!! I could not be happier with the results or service!!!
Good service great alteration on pants
The pricing is very sexist. Dry cleaners continue to charge more for clothes just because it is women clothes. A man's shirt costs 70-90% more then a women's shirts so I choose to rarely use dry cleaning services because they clearly are not concerned with treating women as valued customers. Funny thing is women traditionally are in charge of laundry decisions in families but this industry does not value us. I suggest to all women that we vote with our dollars and not use sexist businesses that treat us unfairly.
Cleaning was good but price was waaay too much. $18 for two piece suit and $3.59 for just a launder shirt. Will not be going back.
The clothes are probably cleaned properly but I just can’t get over the price. $35 for two pairs of pants and a dress. I’m going to have to find another dry cleaner.
Was supposed to pick up three pants and a shirt on Monday (dropped off Saturday AM). Was only given shirt. Told to pick up on Wednesday without explanation.
We took in a comforter to get cleaned. We were not satisfied with the job at all. The comforter did not even look like it was cleaned and there was hair and fuzz all over it. Very disappointed. They did agree to clean it again at no charge. I hope round two is a better experience!!!
