No mask wearing and attitude when we asked for a mask to be worn. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
I dropped off a polo shirt that had only been cleaned by you and when I got it back the shirt had multiple holes in it and was ruined. I dropped it back off and the girl said her manager would call me. It took over a week to get a call back and when she called and left a voicemail she said it must have been dropped off already with the holes and I must have moths or something that would have done this. Manager was rude when dealing with me. Kept me waiting without acknowledging I was there or letting me know she was busy.
My daughters wedding dress was stained. After your staff cleaned it there was not a stain left
My wife took a full size comforter in to be cleaned. When I picked it up the price was higher than she expected.
My white pants are clean but creased on the side instead of front/back.. I have never seen anyone wear pants creased that way.

Clerk did not read my ticket correctly and gave me someone else clothes so I drove back and it took 10 mins for them to find my clothes and correct the ticket amount.
