Was not thrilled as the stain on one shirt was not taken out, but at least a notice was put on it that you couldn't get it out. However, oil stains on another sweatshirt I had brought in were not taken out either and there was no notice on that one. So paying $14 for getting zero results was not a great experience.

Hi Da, Sorry to hear about this. I would recommend that you bring the sweat shirt back in for us to re-try at no cost. We can't remove all stains safely but should be able to remove oil stains
Usually a great experience. But this last time was awful as I was just over charged. Paid 24 for 2 pants being hemmed - I was quoted $5 each. Tried calling back and the number on the reciept is busy for 6 hrs! Very odd that u are unreachable by phone.
