In addition we offer all of our customers Free Pick Up and Delivery service for Dry Cleaning and Laundry. This is a door to door service, you don't have to be home and you pay on account.

Brand new customer thought I'd test when item with you my favorite sweater that I got from Maine arrived dull with pills throughout not happy
Hangers were dirty. Curtains were pressed oddly; I hope they straighten out with them hanging Awfully expensive. I liked getting the email advising the items were ready
I brought in three jackets and two coats. Of the five items two were cleaned properly. The two coats and one jacket did not look clean there was some type of substance on the back of the jacket. Both coats are wool and they were full of what looked like hair and lint. None of them looked like they were actually cleaned.
I picked up shirts (I had 11) and the underarm location was still dirty. I have to catch a flight, so I can't take back before leaving. Pretty disappointed but hopefully this was a one time error.
I walked in and wasn't greeted with a warm welcome. I asked if they could hem a pair of pants since there was a small hole. They explained they could fix it. I got my pants back and the hole wasn't fixed. If you couldn't fix it at least set proper expectations with me before I agree to pay $8 for nothing.
When removing my blazer and dress from the plastic, I noticed a smell. I smelt the arm pits of both items and it does not smell clean! Sorry for the gross description, but I did sweat in these items. I'm not sure the items were even cleaned.
Felt it was overpriced for 4 items. Staff was not personable and rude.
I was disappointed with the pricing. I was told that doing it on Thursday would be discounted. If $2.00 for a cotton shirt and $7.50 for a wool pair of dress slacks is discounted, then I am out of touch with cleaner prices.
The cleaning was fine. I had been told when I dropped off the order on a Thurs that I would get the Thurs 30% discount however when I went to pick it up, the discount apparently had not been posted so I did not receive it. I think I should have gotten the discount since I was told I would.
