Medlin-Davis Dry Cleaners has been operating since 1948. We are an environmentally friendly cleaners, our Dry-cleaning solvent is GreenEarth which is a green solvent and we also do Wet-Cleaning. In addition we offer all of our customers Free Pick Up and Delivery service for Dry Cleaning and Laundry. This is a door to door service, you don't have to be home and you pay on account.

All of the clothes came out great. The main problem is that the prices arent posted when you walk in, and when I dropped them the lady said you pay when you pick up. I was never told a balance due at all and, to my shock, I came back to a $115 bill. At 20 pieces thats over $5.00 per item. Very steep for mostly laundered shirts amd some dryclean sweaters. I don't think I will be back. It took me 20 to get my order straightened out. Apparently 2 of my shirts were in a "no name" pile such made no sense because I brought 4 shirts at the same time. Plus I think we may have been over charged. We will be in to figure that out. The order totaled around $21 which was very high.
I thought you did a good job. However, I was charged for 6 items because a dress had a belt. I didn't realize this would be charged for and wouldn't have included it if I knew. In fact, my pickup slip said 5 items but my receipt and Email said 6.
Service was good, but error in price was acknowledged but not corrected. 4 articles were brought in for laundering, one was erroneously dry cleaned and Charged to me without my knowledge. When confronted the err was admitted, but wouldn't fix the incorrect charge. Requried me to come back on Monday to talk with manager. I see no reason to have expend so much energy for a simple fix. I am very dissapointed.
Too expensive!!!
On both visits (drop-off and pickup), the staff who waited on me were flat, humorless, and completely uninterested in helping. This was my first time using Medlin-Davis and I was shocked when I received the bill. $41 for 3 items. Two were dresses that were on special, but nobody told me about the special. New stain came home on my velvet garment. It was fixed but took much longer than expected. Very expensive in comparison to other cleaners in the area,
Service was fast and great quality. We were happy with how our clothes were returned to us. We would like to have given more stars, but paying for our items to be dry-cleaned was way more expensive than the place we used to go. We recently moved to Kildaire Farms and were looking for a more convenient place to use rather than driving back to Apex.
My wife dropped off several pair of my work pants and only about half were actually pressed correctly - with a crease! What gives???
