I am not used to not knowing how much it will be cost to have a dress for dry clean and when my colthes will be ready. She told me I will know by email. I will wait and see ,then I can tell you if it worth it.

Hi Diann, when you drop your clothes off you should be able to request a quote. The CSR can then examine the clothes and quote you the price while you wait. I apologize eif you were told otherwise and I will be talking with the staff at the Shoppes Kildaire store to investigate.
Great folks at the Kildaire Farm, Cary store that I use! One continuing concern: shirt collars come back wrinkled often enough that I've come to reluctantly expect it. Very disappointing - especially when it is a white, dress shirt!

Some times they are short on the starch otherwise they are okay.
Just dropped off the cleaning bag this morning at the drive thru. No waiting, took less than 30 seconds.
Gayle always sees that my clothes are dry cleaned properly. I go to Medlin Davis now because of Gayle.
I would have to say it was a very disappointing experience. A collar button was torn off of a brand new button down shirt, which was careless enough, but was then sewn on in a different color thread in a manner that the shirt was unwearable under the circumstances -- it is clear that whoever handled it just didn't care. I know you guys work hard on your social media presence, but I would put more effort into the integrity of your work product. Poor value - high prices for typical results.....
Shirts were well done but $51 for 18 shirts is a bit high. Won't happen again.
I was frustrated because I asked for a current price list for dry cleaning and was told none was available. The attendant was very polite but told me that there had been many requests, but the list wasn't available and hadn't been updated for some time. What kind of business doesn't post their prices or make it available on request? While I'm generally pleased with my dry cleaning, I'm very uneasy about using a business that doesn't make this information readily available.
