I took a dress in to be dry cleaned. For $15 on a single item I expected it to be thoroughly cleaned, but it wasn't. They got out the major stains, but overall the garment still smelled unwashed. The perfume from the previous owner still lingered on the dress. I was very disappointed. The lackluster cleaning plus the unfriendly and unpleasant staff, I won't be using their services again.

I had a pair of slacks repaired. It was a one inch seam that needed resewn and you charged $ 12 for that which was ridiculous for what needed done. Lesson learned!

Last 2 times I have been the person has not been able to get name right. Much confusion in general. Gave reward points to another person with not even a similar name. They seem really unable to carry out a simple pickup and dropoff.

Prices are about 2x as high as other local dry cleaning places.

Left a cashmere sweater to be cleaned, when I picked it up there was a small white spot on left sleeved.! Returned and in one day spot removed, no charge no question asked. Customer forever, thanks Nadine

Most expensive place in the triangle. I should have asked when dropping off but since payment is required at pickup, I did not. Will not be coming back. $25.89 for a dress and cardigan. Would have been $7-8 elsewhere

I am tired of my skirts falling off the hangers and are wrinkled when I get it back. My clergy shirts are not pressed under the arm pits. Often I have to press before I can wear it. Not acceptable.
