Very nice professional staff. One spot not completely removed but all others were & clothes look great. Recommend them & will continue yo use them.
ZERO STARS for customer service and messing up my blazer. So I had a dress and a velvet women's female blazer jacket both from Anthropologie dry-cleaned via this location in Cary on Highhouse Rd. A few months later I went to wear the jacket and I noticed that oddly they had both in the same plastic bag but the jacket was not facing out like any dry cleaner would normally do, they had it turned around so the back of the jacket was facing out on the left side when hung and it was placed in front of the dress behind it. Laundered 4 pants and two shirts. No dry cleaning and the bill was $47. Prices are way high. Need to find an alternative.
Terrible. If I say and the shirts say “No Dry Clean” then don’t dry clean the shirts. MD used to be the best cleaner in town but no longer.
Messed up my shirts I been getting cleaned for a while now.
Dry cleaning is great. Service is terrible. Clerk is unresponsive like she is off in another world. Takes your ticket with no hello. Gets clothes and stands there making you get out of car trying to squeeze around her to hang in backseat. Or tries to shove freshly laundered shirts in drivers window.??? Takes card to pay and hands back without evening making eye contact. Never sure if she even has acknowledge I have more cleaning. Very expensive $25 to clean a wool coat
I was quoted a price to clean my jacket ($12-$14 dollars) and the charge was excessive, $25.00. Negotiated a 30% discount, but will NEVER return to this business!!!!!
Asked for a specific crease and did not get a crease in all four of my shirts. Also asked for heavy starch and received very little.
