The laundry came back with stains in some items. The clothes were not folded properly and it was insanely expensive. I just moved from SF and it was not half this expensive there and the quality was not this poor. I will not be returning for laundry service.
I have both emailed once and twice asked the driver directly to leaver us a hanger box and we still have not received one. Our delivery bag was also returned to us with a rip in the side. Pants prices are higher than we pride when 800-Dry Clean serviced this area.
I think $3.25 per shirt is a little too expensive for me. I will have to go back to my other cleaners where the price per shirt is less. Roy Edwards
Well was quoted one price and then charged another. The email sent was $33. The price at pickup was $39. I made the comment to person at register with no reply. So paid. Got hone and looked at enail do I called and person was not sure why it was changed
Asked for a shirt to be laundered and pressed and . . . while I'm sure it was laundered . . . the shirt was barely pressed. Won't be back.
The whole right sleeve of the suit needed yo be pressed,which I did myself. I won’t be back
I wanted 7/6 shirts washed and pressed All 7 shirts were dry cleaned and a total cost of $58.. WOW... That's very expensive even for all shirts being dry cleaned. More than twice the cost of other local cleaners. One shirt with lace trim was left with the lace being frayed all along the bottom. I will not be a return customer. But the shirts were clean.
I have tried to unsubscribe so many times and I just keep getting emails. Please let them stop
