My brand new comforter was ruined. And I’m getting very little cooperation with rectifying the dilemma.
Your charge of $7 per laundered shirt is absolutely outrageous. I will not use your services again, nor will I recommend you to anyone. This is highway robbery and not in sync with prices from others. I have been paying $2.50 per shirt for years, then I moved and you were close. I will drive out of my way to get away from you.
I was told that my pickup wouold be on a certain day and it didn't occur that day, I had to call to confirm a pickup. Then I was told that my items would be delivered on the next pick up /delivery day and it was a week and a half before my items were delivered. A call to let me know that there was a back up would have been appreciated. Fortunately, I didn't have any company or That would have been a serious issue to be without a couch slipcover for over a week. I won't recommend your service to anyone.

Very expensive price for the quality of work I received . I put a two piece suit in & paid $18 only to pick up the suit and find it NOT properly pressed , lapels weren’t pressed ,& a spot was still on my suit as it was when I dropped it off , I was able to wipe the spot off myself . The hanger was nice ! 🤷🏾♂️
After I called about pick up, the driver was prompt and all items were returned cleaned and pressed.
I came to have a zipper repaired on my pants. It was added to have it dry cleaned. I was never notified that my pants were done. Yet, When I called I was told they were ready to be picked up. When I returned to my parents home to pack them, I saw that the zipper was NEVER FIXED. The whole point of me coming to the cleaners and discussed with the girl at the front desk was to fix my pants. Now I have to fly home without my pants and leave them with my parents to get fixed when they should have been done last week.
I have the worst experience in my love. They returned my covertors because they said they could not washed them. Unbelievable !
