I had a grease spot on the dress I am wearing to my wedding. I was terrified to take it anywhere and have the fabric ruined. They assured me that they could remove it. The dress came back and looked better than ever. They are so up to date on their technology, texting and emailing me when my order is ready. I am trying to convince all my friends who use old school cleaners that this is the only place in town to go!

Experience wad a complete failure. Jesus at Ventura location offered a 25% discount. Upon notification of charges via text, all was wrong. I felt betrayed and this was my FIRST VISIT AND SERVICE! I spoke to manage and he also refused honoring initially started discount. I used a dry cleaner heavily ($150+/month) some months and always negotiate discount. Cleaner I used previously went out of business. I will never use For Seasons service due to lack of integrity.

I had a small rip in the seam of some very expensive Ralph Lauren wool pants that were just a few months old. I took them in to Four Seasons Cleaners in Oxnard to have the tear mended and the pants dry cleaned. When I got the pants back I discovered that the crotch was resewn to the point where the pants fit much more snugly than before and when I sat down in a chair the entire crotch blew out because they were too tight. Well, I went here pretty confident that I was going to get my Shirts how I wanted them but didn't quite turn out like I thought it would. Shirts were well ironed, but didn't come Medium Starched like I ask the lady to, (which didnt seem to take much consideration on that request.) On almost all 12 shirts that I sent there, came back with the same dirtiness on the collars.. Having recently moved to the area I introduced myself as a new client and requested if there were any discounts for my first drop off. I was told no and had to fumble on my phone to pull up some online coupons. While I met the criteria for both a 25% discount and and additional discount for dress shirts I only received the 25% discount with no explanation as to why I did not qualify for both. I chose to try Four Seasons because I had a Ventura Axxess card, getting 50% off first dry cleaning. When I dropped off the order, the cashier said I would get 50% off but not off alterations. My order was split in 2 because one item had a repair. When I picked up the second part of the order, they said I could not get 50% off the dry cleaning on this part of the order either because the way they put it in the system to mark as repair would not allow the discount even for the cleaning part of it.
