I have been very please with your staff at the Carpinteria Store. The young lady and her brother always go out of their way to make sure that my order is corrected. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I brought in my white winter comforter to the Ventura location(which was a wedding gift) to be cleaned in July. I picked up a white comforter in a clear plastic carry case that they provided. As it was my winter comforter, I didn’t open it to be used until November. I brought a grenadine silk tie with a balsamic vinegar stain to your business, treated with cornstarch as an immediate step. I asked if you could handle high-end ties and was told it was no problem. However, your staff informed me the tie was put through a standard cleaning process, which permanently set the stain. Took an item to their upper State Street location (State Street Cleaners - Santa Barbara) to have a zipper put in. I have used their services before and their alterations are great. This time I was taken aback by the extremely inflated cost, especially since calling two other reputable cleaners, after the fact, and found I was over charged. It took two days' time with management to only be given 10% off. I wont be bringing them anymore business.

I have been going to 4 Seasons cleaners for 20 years. I’ve had several items altered and hundreds of dry cleaning. Most recently I needed the straps in my dog’s coat to be moved. I removed the straps myself and re-pinned them where they needed to be. I picked up the coat today and the straps were sewn in the exact place I removed them from! The hemming of my pants was nice, I was disappointed that my pants were not ironed as well. I didn’t think I would have to ask for that part and would have paid for an extra charge.
